  • Where does my shipment go?

    You can track the progress of your shipment at UPS.com. Enter the initial tracking number for pages 1Z.

  • Can my Spouse accept my shipment?

    Yes, anyone present at the address can receive the shipment.

  • I will not be at home from 12 to 18.

    If you are not there, choose an alternative delivery method.

  • I chose a nearby pick-up point, how do I know if my package is there?

    You can track the progress of your shipment at UPS.com. Enter the initial tracking number for pages 1Z. A delivery confirmation will appear in the tracking and the selected pick-up point will be written for the recipient, e.g. AP RUUSU.

  • How do I collect my shipment from the collection point?

    Most often, you get your shipment by asking the cashier / service point at the pick-up point about your shipment with your name. Be prepared to present your driver’s license / identity card.

  • I did not receive my shipment today, even though it was promised.

    Messages are sent based on advance information and sometimes there are disruptions in the supply chain, e.g. in the form of weather, traffic disturbances. Also the authorities, e.g. customs may make checks on the shipments and the shipment may be delayed for that reason. Sometimes the address information is incomplete by the sender, the door code is missing or the lower door is locked.

  • Why was I unable to make a change after 10:45?

    You can make a change until 10:45, when it can be taken into account for same-day delivery.

    After this, changes can be made through UPS customer service (not necessarily for the same day).

    UPS customer service is available at www.ups.com or by calling 09 2311 3406 (Mon-Fri 8:00-20:00, Sat 10:00-14:00).

  • Why was my response not taken into account?

    Did you enter the same phone number in your response that the message was sent to?

    Did you respond with the same name under which the shipment was ordered?

    If the phone number or name in the response does not match, the response cannot be reliably linked to the correct shipment.
